Chocophiles across the country will rejoice in a week just for them
as American Chocolate Week is celebrated March 14-20, 2006. Colby
Hill Inn in Henniker, NH, a 90-minute drive from Boston, opens the
celebration with Chocolate Lover’s Weekend, March 10-12, 2006.
Chocolate lovers and those who appreciate fine dining and
distinguished country inn lodging, will revel in chocolate during
this once-a-year sweet retreat. Two days of samplings and two nights
of lodging, sleigh rides, cooking classes and fine cuisine—all
accented by chocolate—are on the agenda for this weekend in idyllic
Henniker. Guests will take home recipes and train with one of New
England’s top chefs.
