Cozy Fall Chocolate Cocktails


 
 


Frangelico Iced Chocolate Cake

1 part Frangelico
1 part SKYY Infusions Citrus

Shake with ice. Strain into a sugar-rimmed rocks glass, fill with ice and garnish with a sugar coated lemon wedge.

 

Velvet Cake

1.5 oz RSV
1 tbls chocolate syrup
2 oz milk
0.75 oz raspberry puree or 5 muddled raspberries with simple syrup

 

 

Oaxaca Chaka

2 oz Milaro SBR Anejo
0.75 oz Agave nectar
1 oz heavy whipping cream
2 oz milk
1 scoop Oaxacan chocolate powder
Freshly whipped cream top.

Mix all ingredients in a pot. Heat till boiling. Pour into coffee cup and top with whipped cream. Garnish with cinnamon.

 

Velvet Glove

2 parts Lillet Blanc
1 part Bols Creme de Cacao
1 part cognac

Stir and gently strain into a champagne coupe.

 
 

Antique Martini

1.5 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
½ oz plum sake
¼ oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
2 dash chocolate bitters
Dash sugar syrup

Stir all ingredients over cubed ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist

 

Milk Chocolatini

3 oz Blue Ice Vodka
1 ½ oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
½ oz White Cream de Cacao
Several chunks of milk chocolate

Add vodka, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and White Cream De Cacao into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a toothpick of milk chocolate chunks.
