October 23 and 24, 2010, chocolatier and chef Kristen Hard of Cacao Atlanta will be featured at 2-day hands-on chocolate making and finishing workshop. The event is hosted by Chef Darin
Chef Darin Sehnert
Sehnert Culinary Dirctor of 700 Kitchen. Located in the Mansion on Forsyth Park Hotel, 700 Kitchen is a state of the art cooking school offering personal-enrichment focused cooking classes. Class topics rotate throughout with six different topics in a month and four to six public classes per week. Cooking classes are open to guests of the Mansion on Forsyth Park, as well as locals and guests of other hotels and inns.

Chef Kristen Hard
Kristen Hard is profiled in the September 2010 issue of Food & Wine Magazine as a “Small Batch Superstar.” She makes her own chocolate from cacao before making her signature confections. Guests not only learn how chocolate is made but actually have the opportunity to do so under her guidance and then use that chocolate to make their finished products to take home.
