Herbst Pavillion. With more than 55 participants in over 30,000
square feet, the event presents new flavors, textures, combinations,
and imagination. Also featured are celebrity chef appearances by

Chef), and demonstrations and panels, such as
Return of the Toffee, Asian Flavors and Influences in Artisan Chocolate, Why I Make Handmade
Truffles, and the Fair Trade and Organic Chocolate Forum.
