Chocolate chip cookie in a cast-iron skillet hot out
of the oven and topped with a generous scoop of decadent vanilla ice
cream.
June 20 to 24 and Aug. 1 to 5, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
daily. Students receive a Pastry Pass to explore some of the city’s
top pastry establishments. The June session will be taught by Demitri Fayard, World Pastry Champion, Master Pastry Chef, and
member of the French Pastry School Faculty. The August session will
be taught by faculty member Joshua Johnson.
